Is NeuroMade free?
Yes, it's free to download. The Too much button, Overload Reset, Shutdown & Meltdown Recovery, Needs Cards, Speak for Me and Breathe with Kip are free forever. NeuroMade Pro unlocks everything else from £3.99 a month, £24.99 a year (with a 7-day free trial) or £59.99 once.
Who is it for?
Anyone neurodivergent, or anyone who gets overwhelmed: autistic people, people with ADHD, dyslexia or dyscalculia, and the parents, carers and teachers who support them. You don't need a diagnosis.
Is it an Android app?
Not yet. NeuroMade is for iPhone (iOS 17 or later).
Kip's movement is distracting. Can I turn it off?
Yes. Set Kip to Still or Hidden, or switch on low-stim mode. NeuroMade also follows your iPhone's Reduce Motion setting.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything, including Calm Sounds, works without a connection.
Is it medical advice?
No. NeuroMade is a self-help tool, not medical advice or a crisis service. In an emergency call 999, or NHS 111 for urgent medical help.
Privacy
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up and nothing to log in to.
Where is my information stored?
Only on your phone. We don't collect it, track it or see it. You can save a backup file yourself and restore it on a new phone.
Parents & carers
Can my child use it?
Yes. Choose "I'm setting it up for someone" and the app uses child-friendly wording, adds a grown-up check before purchases, settings and links, and gives you a hand-over screen.
Pro & pricing
Can I print or share my plans?
With Pro, any printable-based tool can be shared as a PDF, ready for school, work or appointments.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before renewal.
Printables
How do the printables work?
They're instant PDF downloads in A4, US Letter and A5. Print at home, laminate and use a dry-wipe pen, or write on them in GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF app. Nothing is posted to you.
Can I use the printables with my class or clients?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for personal use, or for use with your own students or clients. Please don't resell or share the files.
